Kitwise sells downloadable digital content. No physical product is shipped.

## Your withdrawal right

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the date of the contract to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions that apply to digital content.

If you choose immediate access, we will ask you before purchase to make this declaration:

> I expressly consent to Kitwise beginning performance of this digital-content contract immediately, during the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal when performance begins.

We will preserve that exact declaration in the order record and confirm it with the required contract information on a durable medium. If the legally required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation is missing, your statutory rights are not reduced by this policy.

## Immediate delivery and change-of-mind requests

Kitwise digital packs are delivered by download link after purchase. The link is intended to appear on the order confirmation page and be sent by email;

Once immediate performance has begun after valid express consent and acknowledgement, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind. This does not limit any remedy that consumer law requires for faulty, incomplete or non-conforming digital content.

## Problems with the files

Contact `hello@kitwise.store` if:

- the download link does not arrive or does not work;
- the ZIP is corrupt or incomplete;
- you receive the wrong files; or
- the digital content does not match the description given at purchase.

We will first try to provide the correct working files. Where repair or replacement is not possible or the law requires another remedy, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.

## Change-of-mind requests

Where immediate supply has not begun, you can send an unequivocal withdrawal request within the applicable 14-day period. Where immediate supply has begun after valid express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may have ended.
